        Not impressed. Staff have been good but management is not good. Sent a male member of staff to wash and dress an 81 year old woman, without checking that she would be ok with this.....she wasn't! Turned up late twice, appreciate that this can happen but no notification given or indication of when they would arrive. Most alarming is one NO SHOW. Should have had someone in at dinner time yesterday and no one appeared. Yesterday was only our 2nd day with Karma, family now extremely worried about leaving mum on her own. Review would have been 1 star only but staff member we had in was very friendly and helpful.
