Very busy but service is awful , food is poor, cramped seating, the guy behind the bar is working flat out non stop but this place needs proper management. You need someone on the floor who understands what's required to run a smooth operation and cater to the customer in a timely manner, there is just no clear direction or leadership. It's a shame, food isn't great, young girls that have no clue isn't helping, proper staff is required and this is written by somone who understands management like the back of my hand.

Arrived14.40, shown to a table and waited for menus, eventually had to ask, eventually a server took order, 20 mins later no sign of drinks though other tables who arrived later had drinks, asked and the drinks hadnt been added to order, 45 mins after placing food order , it arrived, fish was greasy but after waiting so long, my husband ate what he could. Got bill 4.00 for tea and 3.50 for small bottle of water wont be back
