I would highly recommend GTG fitness to anyone that wants to loose weight or self improvements like gaining weight, building muscle etc to contact these guys. Sam is an absolute diamond and is always there to contact if you are unsure on anything, even though she is family she ALWAYS stays professional with me and treats me just like a client when on subject. There is so so many good qualities with GTG fitness and one of the main things is its very cost effective and nothing is ever a fuss even if you ask the silliest of questions. Thank you
