Probably the worst service i have ever received. Decided to use Greenhall due to recommendations.
Firstly the take the wrong address down for my order, after 1 hour later we decided to call to find out were our order was. They apologised and advised us that they had taken the wrong address down and will just put the food on and it will be with us shortly (ha)
40minutes later, we had to chase our order again and were advised it was on its way. 30 minutes after this the food finally arrived, freezing cold i may add.
I phoned Greenhall straight back and advised we no longer wanted the food and asked for a refund back due to how cold the food was, the girl on the phone apologised and advised they will get the driver back out to give me my refund. This did not happen and i am still waiting on my refund.
An absolute joke of a business.
