If I could give zero stars I would. Dreadful surgery at best. Negligent at worst. I have lived in Gorebridge for almost 3 years now. In that time I have needed to see a GP 4 times. Managed to get in once. One time they denied me I ended up in hospital for a week with the early symptoms of sepsis, when a quick examination would have sorted the problem quickly with antibiotics. Today they haven't even bothered to answer the phones. Disgraceful.

Iv lived in gorebridge for roughly 4/5 years but have been at pathhead medical for about 12 years, I walked down to the surgery and explained my situation to them that I needed to change my doctors as pathhead is too far away and I dont drive, Im a single mum of 2 my daughters grandfather used to take me whenever I had to go but has sadly passed away a year ago, I told the receptionist lady this and she turned around and told me that That the surgery does not accept Pathhead medical patients because its local what the heck does that even mean? (If anyone knows please let me know) the Receptionist made me feel kind of stupid and embarrassed just by the way she was looking at me and speaking to me I already suffer with anxiety and she made me feel x10 worse Ill maybe try calling and explain to someone else.

Very poor, try to get an appointment and they dont answer and then your told no appointments are left and to phone back the next day.

Never had any issue with docs or front end staff.Always able to see doc or get meds on my own terms.very helpful lot, doing a lot with not a lot.
