        Avoid ! - You will overpay and be disappointed!. Had a kitchen extension built, north facing!!, could never understand why there was a draft in the kitchen. These cowboys hadn't finished the blockwork to the roof. Leaving it totally exposed to the elements, and covering the shambles with some sarking.
