Consistently and astonishingly awful customer service. I have been in this shop a few times now and without fail whoever is in there is rude, unhelpful and gruff (particular mention to Archie and Scott). The last time we had to return a bag which had had the strap fixed but it had been twisted in the process. A blank denial by the sales assistant who just claimed it wasn't him, with no apology whatsoever. Decent customer service would have been to do it right there but no we had to go back in half an hour. If there was an alternative I would use it. Timpson really need to up their game with their training for their staff. They are terrible.

My wife needed a repair to her handbag strap. Repaired quickly, free of charge. The gentleman was very friendly and courteous.

Really good service from the gentleman who served me. I had an unusual request in that I needed help with a coin key ring, which I had planned as part of a sentimental gift. The man did say it may not work, but was still willing to make an attempt. It worked out nicely, the gift was made special and was much appreciated, so many thanks to this man for genuinely making an effort to help.
