Would have given 0 star if possible, I did not purchase something from them myself but one of my customers did. Absolutely shocking work for what they paid, the diagonal cross beams design to keep the structure ridged were cut to short and there solution to fixing this problem was to caulk in the gaps, roof felt had creases in it, the door drop after a short period of time as it was built poorly. The list just goes on, what a bunch of cowboys. Avoid!

If you are looking for reasonable customer service then look elsewhere! Ill start off by saying the shed itself is of decent enough quality. My only issue is with the customer service and communication. My shed was due for delivery and installation around 3 months after purchase. This was fairly standard across other suppliers so fair enough. I was contacted a couple weeks prior to firm up the delivery date and given an all day slot and told on the day I would receive a call from the installers. This is where it starts to go downhill. On installation day it was radio silence until around 1pm when I decided to call for an update at which point I was told things were running slightly behind but I would still receive my shed that day. I then received a call a couple of hours later to advise that the van had broken down that morning and they no longer had the time to fit me in that day and that I would hear back from the office that afternoon or first thing the following day. This was an inconvenience as I had dismantled my previous shed and stored the contents inside to accommodate the new shed. However at this point I was fairly understanding as these things can happen. Following this there was no communication from the office for a week following the expected installation despite attempts to phone and leave messages to rearrange. Eventually I receive an email that delivery was due a whole 4 weeks later. This was Christmas time so again I could understand to a degree but this was majorly disappointing. As the contents of my previous shed were slightly damp I had to store this in the downstairs WC with the window open so as not to have any mould issues. This was during a time of below zero temperatures and a cost of living crisis so was leaving me out of pocket. Having explained this to the office there was very little in the way of sympathy or understanding for the situation and nothing offered to rectify the situation. I was simply told that it was all in the Terms & Conditions and there was nothing that could be done in terms of bringing the install date forward or offerring any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Roll on to the install dates and the installers proceeded to ask me what orientation I wanted the shed only to build it totally differently and then have to twist it into place. I was told battens were required due to uneven ground (again fair enough) but that this would cost 64. I agreed to this however I had hoped this could be written off due to the experience I had endured to that point. Following the install I was sent no invoice for 2 months after the install. At which point I said that I expected to be written off and was under the assumption that it had been due to the radio silence for 2 months. I was told that I had to pay otherwise they would arrange for the installers to come and remove the battens!!! All for the sake of 64 after I had paid almost 2k for the shed in the first place. Regardless of their terms & conditions youd think they could take a step towards the customer after such a poor purchasing journey but they couldnt even spare 64. I hope they enjoy reading this review from a non-returning customer :) Services: Shed delivery to installation sites, Shed installation

Ordered a shed. Paid deposit. Waited for two months. Chased delivery. They lost my order. Quoted ANOTHER two months for delivery. No compensation or good will gesture. Very poor service. I recommend looking for a more reliable supplier.
