As part of my SSE boiler maintenance plan, EZ Boilers, Mason and Blair, attended for callouts and annual service. This week, the boiler gave up entirely, after 15 years. I had no hot water or heating yesterday, just as the weather turned cold. Mason gave me a very good competitive quote for a new boiler, high spec unit, fitting, replacement parts for the hot water tank system and to clean the system out. He classed it as an emergency and came back the next morning after re-arranging other appointments and 4 hours later the new boiler was fitted and running. The parts replaced in the tank system and cleaner running through the radiators. He has registered the new unit which has a 10 year warranty and will carry out an annual service. Tonight, as I write this review, I am amazed at the difference. The water heated up so fast, minutes compared to hours with the old boiler. Problem radiators, one of which has not really worked properly since the house was built, are all now working, super hot. I cannot thank Mason enough. He will be back in 2 weeks to flush the system of cleaner and add inhibitor. A knowledgeable, skilful, customer facing company. I was looking for a reliable plumber to service our boiler, our previous plumber George retired. I contacted Mason and he was here 2 days later on time and charged me the 50 quoted. He did a great job, clean and efficient. 2 weeks later our daughter had a boiler issue in Cupar, same great service and keen pricing, this time Blair attended and did a great job. We then had an issue with a hot water tap in our kitchen and out came Blair and sorted the issue. Although I think they are amazing, good plumbers are hard to find, I'd rather not see them again so soon so hopefully things come in 3s. Highly recommended.
