Realistic Pilates Fife

I have been doing pilates classes continuously now for 10 years with Yvonne and thoroughly recommend it. My doctor recommended I do pilates classes for a niggling lower back. I always enjoy Yvonne's classes and my back is grateful too!

My wife and I have been attending Realistic Pilates for 18 months now and are pleased to say it has been one of our best decisions. Yvonne was recommended by my chiropractor as being a taxi driver and sitting all day I had certain posture problems causing pain and discomfort. After a few months at the classes my posture has improved immensely to the extent that I no longer need to attend the chiropractor at all. I enjoy the varied exercises and stretches we do at the class and always feel better after being there. The classes are held in smallish groups and in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Yvonne takes time to make sure that whatever level you are you can manage to do your best and to assist in this, as well as the classes which you can attend via zoom if you don't feel comfortable in the presence of others during the pandemic, she also has video sessions you can do at a time that suits you. Cannot recommend highly enough.
