This place should be avoided like the plague especially if your loved one has dementia or even early signs of dementia as they have no experience at all. The staff are horrible and tell lies. My mum suffered in lowdown in this terrible place and it needs closed down. The woman called Angie is more like a prison officer and should be sacked . My mum had to be moved for her own safety as she was assaulted by another resident on more than 4 occasions and me and the family couldn't be happier and neither could my mum . during lockdown we were allowed window visits but the windows were so dirty that we could barely see through them. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE ITS A DISGRACE
