My experience with your company hasnt improved in time. I placed another order for Bare Root Beech hedge for November 21 to replace the high failure rate of the year before. These also failed. I have read on competitors sites that a failure rate of between 10% and 15% can occur. This was also quoted by your Staff member, Pat. You will realise how disappointed and out of pocket I am, when I tell you I have purchased 150 Beech Trees in total. 105 have failed. This is a 66% failure rate. Pat has asked me to send In photos as she did in the previous year and I have read on many reviews that this is a waste of time. I hope that my reviews will prevent others from waiting 2 years for their Beech Hedge.

Have to say that when I was at the nursery today, purchased some excellent scottish heathers, great plants. The person that helped me was super as always and can recommend the garden centre. The plants are very healthy and the staff helpful and polite.
