O2 Shop Glenrothes

Disgusting service from this shop, my mum upgraded online and was advised that she could go into the shop to help her set up her new phone as she would would find this difficult being in her late70s, and was quite prepared to pay for this service, male member of staff was rude to her and refused to help her set up her new phone offering her paper instructions to take away with her and stating it was easy, there was several members of staff in the shop none with customers at the time, I'm sure someone could of taken the time to assist her, We have 3 O2 customers in our family and will not be upgrading in the Glenrothes shop. My mum went in to Currys in Kirkcaldy , Car Phone warehouse, a lovely gentleman was kind and set up her phone for 20 and transferred everything over for her, demonstrating amazing customer service is available if you shop around . Please 02 learn from this .

Total waist off time, fobbed of between them, customer services and Virgin Mobile. Free O2 sim card from Vigin Media is not free and causes major problems that are impossible to fix. I now have a 440 debt from O2 on credit report I new nothing about, only found out when I went for a loan, I now have poor credit rating
