        Went into the store to buy a speaker for going on holiday. Came home and realised it wasnt wireless and it wouldnt connect to any Wi-Fi (I tried out multiple Wi-Fi routers at multiple houses). Went back to the store and explained the situation the attitude of staff was ridiculous. And then I was told we cant give you a refund just a gift card!! As a new customer who had never shopped at game how was I supposed to know their policy on no money refunds only gift cards. This should be emphasised especially when paying a high price like I had! I will not be back! Poor customer service to say the least.
