Fife Properties - Estate & Letting Agents

I have been working with Fife Properties for around 6 months now. They manage 6 of my rental properties and I am extremely happy with every aspect of their property management service. I initially dealt with the Lettings Director Richard Cook, who is clearly an expert in his field and has outstanding knowledge of the rental market in the area. The rest of the team follow Richard's lead and are equally impressive. I have decided to invest into further properties in this area and Fife Properties are a key reason behind that decision.

Cannot recommend Fife Property rentals highly enough. This team have been nothing short of excellent in all regards of their service delivery. Upon my first contact with the team, I have found them to be highly responsive and prompt. They've responded to every call, email with courtesy and professionalism. I'd especially like to thank the very kind Charlotte Caird of Fife Properties - who has proven to be a stalwart contributor.

Had the privilege of using this company, will never use them again. Reported issues often with the property and nothing was getting done. We had leaks in the bathroom from the shower(which was over 30 yrs old and was still original), the windows were blown and had been replaced and had gone again. The property needed upgrading as was still original, the front door swelled when it rained. The girl who came out to do the inspections said if anything was to be done, the landlord would put the rent up. He did when he put the kitchen in during lockdown which should never have happened as we were in a national lockdown and tradesmen should not have been working! We therefore had no cooking facilities for a month, all because the fitter skipped everything. The fitter then advised fife properties, we had told him to skip them, when as it was lockdown we were not allowed to be in the property! We had to buy takeaways until until they fitted a hob. Then another 2 wks before an oven was fitted. Advised to withhold rent to compensate for the takeaways from shelter Scotland. We left the property and they have managed to keep money off our deposit for the money we withheld. So folks, if this happens to you, they win everytime and you will not win! When we complained and asked to speak to a manager, no one contacted us. We were told to deal with the girls in the office even though we asked to speak to a manager above them. Yet when they had to make a decision, they had to get authorisation from their manager! Will never use this company again.
