        Lovely staff but recent changes where they are trying to streamline the businesses have taken away the personal touch. Now you put collection order on an iPad then it gets brought out, if it's not suitable then you go to another till to return it. Makes an already cramped area even worse, fortunately other alternatives nearby with better parking etc.

        I had made several orders over the past month and had made quite a few mins orfers/mistakes. A gentleman (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) spent a good 10-15 minutes with me returning the incorrect items and helping me find the right ones. This along with the good experiences I've had on my othrt visits show the fantastic customer service here.
