Was in yesterday, VERY ignorant and rude staff, two older ladies. One lady, short, greying hair and glasses barked at me, like I was daft, to use the other till. I did and was served by a blonde haired, dour lady, no please, no thank you, no smile, no customer service whatsoever! While I smiled all the time, graciously thanking her. I did comment to my mum on exit, that a smile would have been nice. I hope she heard me! Management, please teach these ladies some customer service. On reflection, I should have left my purchases at the till and walked out.
