        An absolute pleasure to deal with. The communication was excellent considering the current climate. I felt reassured throughout my transaction and the professional approach from the vender was exceptional. I would recommend this seller 100% and would not hesitate to buy from again.         Steve has been so helpful from the very beginning. He always kept in touch with me, gave me updates, and kindly sent me a video of the car as Im 100 miles away. He was honest about a tiny scratch in the bumper and even got the whole rear bumper repainted for me to fix it- it looks brand new! Since I wasnt able to come and view the car, Steve communicated with me pretty much daily with anything I needed to know. I requested the car to be delivered to me, and upon organising it, he found out that the delivery companies were closed until after the New Year. However, Steve found someone who was willing to deliver it and even paid the extra delivery fee out of his own money- for me! The car came with a full MOT, Service and Valet done by Steves amazing team. Ive recommended SW Automotive to everyone I know, and in the future I wont be going anywhere else but here. I cant think of another dealer so honest and just genuinely kind. Thank you so much.

        Steve really went above and beyond throughout the entire process, the car was immaculate! No detail was overlooked when the car was prepared. He was reliable, honest and you can tell he has a real passion for cars. I drove 600 miles to view the car and the service and car was definitely worthwhile. I wont be going anywhere else when it comes to buying another car in the future, he really takes the worry out of buying a used car, you get a fantastic service at a great price and you know the car will be in the best condition it possibly can be.
