Kwik Fit - Glenrothes

Additional work identified was not competitively priced. When I asked for best Tyre price stating I expected a compatible price to kwik fits own web prices I agreed to work but on checking the price I found an alternate at significantly less but when queried I was advised tyres already fitted. Problems with producing invoice caused significant delay and expected electronic copies have still not been received.

This time, however, it was not great, the oil change lasted 3 hours, and the lack of air filter replacement is really not difficult and time-consuming, and yet it does not include the basic service ?! Shame additionally for the untightened screw of the cover under the engine, which hooks the rubber cover of the driveshaft, which is necessary for safety. 3 stars only and as much as that, because the added coolant saves the face of kwit fit

My tyres arrived 2 day's early, so was able to get them fitted 2 days before booking. The service was excellent

Was told tyre would be ready Monday as I dropped off Saturday morning then arrived Monday to collect it and guy didn't know anything about it so I had to cancel plans for Monday night guy changed tyre Tuesday one day late no apology ar discount on new tyre
