Totally unprofessional experience with your store manager after having your new jet washing facilities take my money but failed to give the correct paid for time. I went inside lodge the issue and was greeted by unprofessional staff who stated I did not need 20mins to wash my car as they can do theirs in 15mins and that all I'll be getting is 15mins. Having used the 15mins I then went back in to ask for my additional time which I had already paid for when the member of staff I was dealing with scoffed at me and said that's all I'm getting and then walked away. Appalling service and will certainly not be returning. Looking like a regular issue with this manager having seen poor reviews elsewhere.

Terrible terrible place. The manager ( I think its name was leeanne ) is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I'm pretty sure she was drunk. Was not interested in providing any level of customer service.No please, no thankyou. Not even a smile. And that's meant to be a manager. I visited this store on a daily basis for fuel and shopping.. have taken my business to asda. So long awfull euro garage.
