        Really disappointed with this company. Heard such great reviews so booked my car in for new tyres. Booked for a specific time so dropped it off and left it with them for a couple of hours. Went in to collect it and the new tyres hadnt arrived which was fine. Waited about for a bit and the guy (who was really nice) apologised for my wait and we agreed I would take my car away and they would call when the tyres arrived. No call received so called them on the Monday morning. My tyres were in so asked if they would have time if I dropped the car off with them which was fine. Left it with them for over an hour to return and the car hasnt been touched! The guy I spoke to on the Friday had said that as soon as they were in they would be fitted since I had been waiting about all day. Im not unreasonable however, hate having my time wasted. Had they said on the phone they didnt have time to do them then I would have waited till they had the time. Maybe they shouldnt allow you to book appointments if they dont have the time to do the work! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tires
