        Horribilus...Management accepted Support Worker's unprofessional approach . Infact on two occasions in past 4 yrs on / off , I was with them ..I was never offered alternate support . Both became overfamiliar sharing their personal life ( one being on other parent's facebook with their personal Facebook ! ) She also was unprofessional towards my child ( he didn't know what he'd done to be ignored ! ) I've done a lot better , without them now . Be careful, they prey on your vulnerability. Could mention a lot more , however I won't go there.
