Smashing service! They don't know about email services. Just letters. Letters dated like 08.12.2022 and received by 22.12.2022. I just received a letter dated 15. 12.2022 what informed me a have to pay 513 pounds council tax due to changing the ownership of property where i'm leave in from 2015. This letter arrived in my property on 30 afternoon. Thanks. Payment due date:01.01.2023. Funny isn't it? They have a phone number (24 hrs automated service) who inform you the office are closed. P. S. they forget to email us about changing in fife bin collection on festive day. So my paper bin is full. Half of my neighbours remains with general garbage bins full because they didn't know the colection will be done today. They collect your money right away but forget to pay back. My wife must receive a tax return(council tax) from 18 November.

Absolutely hopeless in try to make contact with anyone at Bankheadi. I would have to be a scientist or s lawyer to try and get some waste either to the recycling centre or try and arrange an uplift.
