I ordered a marmaris calzone which had ham chicken pepperoni (most expensive one by the way) through justeat it was 10.50 I only wanted pepperoni and donner meat, so called the shop to kindly ask if they could do this, was told yes. low and behold I got a call back and was told no I could not order this, I would have to cancel my order and re-order one that had donner meat. I asked what the extra charge was and was told No I can't not have this while he was screaming at me, and then slammed the phone down on me, and cancelled my order. Now you work in a shop that has all the ingredients so I don't see what the harm was in just making my order the way I wanted it. It was .50p more expensive the way I ordered it online to start with. All you have done is lost the .50p that would have been an extra in your pocket and lost a customer that has been ordering from you for years. Our orders are usually around 45 to 50 pound. If you were the last place in the world I could get a calzone from, I wouldn't order from you ever again. You really should not be in a customer service if you are not willing to accommodate for peoples different tastes, I have ordered this before and you have always been very helpful.

Notice how bad of takeaway has become the last 2 years n still as bad my pizza was half cold as they don't wrap in plastic bag to keep pizza hot like other takeaways do only bag has bit of condensation but pizza was still hot so I thought ill try marmaris I've ordered pizzas from 1 of few in leslie as all over takeaways was too was to long to wait n now I see it's worth the wait to get a hot tastie pizza also I've never tasted pizza base as horrible as my cheese n tomato pizza last night I've ordered lots of delivery's over the years especially this year as I'm housebound by accident 2014
