Order 0001943 I have been a customer of ATB for many years having bought several outbuildings in that time, and would never have believed I would leave a poor review but unfortunately I feel I must. Some months ago I purchased a large pent shed, a tool shed, and a summer house. The summer house and the tool shed were delivered and built without any problem but the pent shed has been one problem after another. Within months of installation, and before the warranty expired, I contacted ATB to inform them that the shed door had started to drop significantly at one side. This prompted a visit from 2 fitters who jacked up one corner of the shed in an effort to cure the lopsidedness of the door. All that happened was that the shed roof developed several creases and I am having to pay a roofer to replace the roofing felt as consequence. There followed a number of planned visits to my home to replace the door which included no-shows, and fitters turning up with the wrong replacement door. More fitters turned up and came to the conclusion that the door was in fact ok, but that the gable end of the shed was 'off the true'. In other words-sub standard. One of the several fitters who came to my home described my shed as a nightmare. During this period I tried to speak with a manager but was told by Admin staff that a manager had spoken to me direct and that I was happy. I dont know who the lady spoke to but it certainly wasn't me. To be fair I was eventually offered a new shed gable end which I declined as my shed has been wired for power and light and I would have had to pay the electrician again to 'dewire' and 'rewire' the cabling and as I am looking at a bill for refelting the shed roof that prospect wasn't very appealing. I wrote a letter to Chris Devanny who is the man in charge, detailing all the problems but did not receive any response which was disappointing as I had met with Mr. Devanny at the previous premises in Leslie, and had found him to be the most personable of people. I have not enjoyed writing this review, but I paid a significant sum for the shed and I feel as a consumer that I have been let down in that I expected a reasonable level of service which I do not believe has been forthcoming.
