        Customer service 5 star. I had a problem with a pair of shoes i purchased and they replied almost instantly, were very helpful and forthcoming. The shoes were replaced and sent out first class immediately with minimum of fuss

        We booked a visit for selecting and fitting SCD shoes. Lovely greeting on arrival and efficient fitting service. My wife is getting a small heel fitted to hers and they are being posted to us. They also recommended a nearby tea shop which was wonderful. Thanks Pamela.
