        The staff are fantastic, very polite, and always willing to go that extra mile to help with any queries. The waiting room is always very clean. They have a toilet facility, it is wheelchair accessible and they have free parking

        I have to say my Dad (93) had a fall and cut his head. The Service received from reception and Nurse was as good as anyone could have expected. He is feeling better and making full recovery. Thank you & All the best for 2023

        Always apparently short staffed - not sure whether that's genuine or now a common excuse. Also was apparently referred to the physio department 4 months ago and have heard nothing since. Same happened with my little boy 3 months ago and was told 6wks later when I asked that the referral was never sent so it was apparently sent again (6wks ago) and still haven't heard anything. Thankfully both matters have resolved themselves but referrals either don't get sent or the relevant departments don't take them forward.

        Been registered with them since I moved here in 2010. The help I've received over the years has been amazing considering what the NHS is going through. No problem with any of the doctors or nurses.
