Great atmosphere, friendly staff, greted with a smile. Dentist was great and explained everything that I was needing done in a very friendly manner.

I phoned up around the end of March complaining of severe toothache. I got an appointment and told I need a filling but wouldnt get it done that day because they were too busy so I didnt get an appointment scheduled until the 11th of May!!! Sent away with no treatment and extreme agony! I phoned up 2 separate occasions afterwards complaining of the same thing and being unable to eat, drink or sleep due to the pain and I got told I had to wait till my appointment in may! Since then I had to phone nhs24 to get a dentist to look at me and they gave me antibiotics and put on a temporary filling and told to phone my dentist back after the week. I done this and the dentist Catriona asked me my problem and when I told her she replied and WHAT is the emergency? She walked out the room to look at previous X-rays and told me I need my tooth extracted!!!!!! I am completely disgusted with the little duty of care I have received and Im truly upset to come to the understanding that if I was seen sooner my tooth would have had more chance of survival. I will be looking elsewhere and do not recommend going here.
