    Ordered microwave from amazon. Dispatched 23/02/23. APC attempted delivery next day. I must have been out. No card left.Tried "track my package". Message from APC said "Ran into an issue. Will try again" but no sign of when. I got their phone number from google maps and called: no answer. I gave up and drove to their depot. Microwave was there. Apology for fact no card was left. Apology for no answer to phone call. No answer because google map number is wrong. When I asked when they were planning to "try again", I was told the customer had to get in touch to arrange attempt 2. How was I supposed to know this? Communication breakdown after breakdown. These failures would be easy to fix. The fact that they haven't been speaks volumes about the management of this company. Not impressed.
