        This place used to be OK back when they had opening hours and even had special mid-week 8pm pickup available for working professionals. These days it's a mere shadow of its former glory. Last Saturday, my Special Delivery Guaranteed parcel wasn't dropped off in a safe place but taken back to this delivery office. It can't be re-delivered for a full week, until this Saturday. This place is barely ever open - for a crucial public service like the mail to only be open 2 hours in the morning is just insulting. Royal Mail should be refunding the delivery fee for delaying a "guaranteed" parcel this long but I don't care about the money, I want my parcel. I'm assuming this extremely poor service is due to this office being under-funded - why else would it be so bad?
