RE REPLY Happy to provide feedback but unfortunately the number provided is not for Lori but a call centre which leaves you on hold. Seems the people that monitor and answer Google reviews are about as good as the sales staff ie polite but ultimately useless.

The staff at this garage / service centre are superb, had a few issues with my car recently and they couldn't be more helpful Abi, Ryan, and Jim really are great, Vauxhall Head Office need to take a leaf out their book on how customers should be treated.

I needed to get two tyres and my brake pads changed and I tried 4/5 times to get through to the Services desk and was either left on hold or essentially hung up on. I needed to get the correct locking wheelnut ordered but when I got through to a control desk twice, I was told they would put me through to someone who would know if they had said wheelnut in stock but I was then left on hold for ages and one man was very rude and hung up on me while I was asking a question. Multiple times when people told me theyd call me back nobody did. I eventually booked a service in person and was told Id be called the day before to confirm they had the parts required but shock - nobody called. So I turned up on the day to find they didnt have the parts Id ordered so Id driven out for nothing and wasted time and petrol. After I explained my anger at the situation, eventually a manager got someone from the garage who said they could do the fix without the part which was great and saud manager who heard me complaining about my experience with the phones was helpful but its clear that the phone system is terrible and unfit for purpose. I will not be returning to the garage.
