Having looked at various websites then visited shops we came across Cyclotricity so paid them a visit. We found the guys at Cyclotricity gave friendly, helpful advice about purchasing according to our needs. We eventually ordered two mid-range e-cycles from them and picked them up a week later. The specifications and quality were are really good and at great prices. We would certainly recommend purchasing from here.

I bought two eBike conversion kits and picked them up from Cyclotricity in Glenrothes. The staff there were very helpful and gave me excellent advice. When building one of the conversions I had a couple of queries which they answered quickly. I was recommended Cyclotricity by a friend and I am delighted with the service thay gave, and the bicycle conversions are all that I coukd have wanted,

Second time I have ordered from these guys, always good service and great product. Rode on my electric conversion for nearly 6 years with no problems. Ordered another conversion as of late, Im sure I will enjoy it for just as long or more.

Error 09 on my mid drive e kit after 18months.E mailed Cyclotricity with photos of fitted kit & error 09 on dashboard. Connor phoned , sent out new cables & lcd dashboard .I fitted but still 09. I rejected an offer to buy a new motor at a discounted price of 375. Case referred to warranty team. Diagnosed as faulty controller in motor. Motor repaired & returned to bike shop to be fitted Thumbs up to Connor in particular and the support team for their assistance to resolve this issue. Its good to know they are there as a back up for any problems with the kit. He was really helpful. Thumbs down to suggestion of buying a new motor , hence only 4 stars. Although it was out of warranty it was still only 18months old
