        Very dissatisfied that I cant take out my own money in a large sum on saturdays. Seemingly they dont do that now do what is a single worker to do? I do 60 hrs a week and the weekend is my time to do things.

        I am a former customer, of 2yrs, of the RBS.. The glenrothes branch are amazing. The manager and her staff go above and beyond. Recently I had a small matter cropped up. I tried resolving over the telephone. Due to our current circumstances (covid) has an impact on the timescales of cases being handled. As my matter needed urgent attention! I visited the glenrothes branch. Guess what? Once again my concern was resolved within 24hrs. Thank you to ALL! I am forever grateful..
