My oven went on fire,so I contacted this company. Nina was so helpful & understanding,she booked me in for a repair & few days later,Gordon turned up to look at my oven. The thermostat had gone,so he needed to order the part. He was such a lovely guy,understanding & helpful & lovely to chat to. Gordon replaced thermostat today,checked temperature after to put my mind at ease & really happy to use my oven again. Excellent price for the work that was done! When my oven broke at the beginning of December the engineer came out the next day, friendly, knowledgable and had the part to hand and completed the repair quickly and to a high standard. All to what I consider to be a reasonable price which he told me before he started the work. 100 per cent would use this company again .. thanks again.... Christmas is saved. Service: Oven repair
