Got a carpet for full house from JW Carpets and got these guys to fit as they were available on Saturday. What a mess they made, several months later and the carpet has bumps everywhere, it clearly hadn't been stretched properly.

We got this guys card from JW Carpets in Coatbridge thinking he will be great. He clearly takes on more jobs than he has time for. Told us on the phone that it would take a couple of days. He turned up Wednesday and wanted every room emptied in 10 minutes flat and since I'm a single woman, that was hard but didn't offer to help, he was very rude and abrupt. Only did 3 rooms then told me he would be back in Thursday... Didn't turn up but instead let himself into my house and left my carpets sitting in the hall and showed up Friday to fit 2 more rooms and said he would either do my stairs on sat or next week. I had to be assertive and tell him I needed them done sat, so he came sat and done it. Wanted paid in cash which I didn't have so said he would come back. Didnt show for a week and bangs on my door at 7.30 for his money. Stay away from this guy. The carpets aren't exactly tight, the door bars are hanging off already, didn't cut the carpet far enough at the radiators. Just a guy wanting as many jobs as possible as quickly as possible.
