2 visits. Visit 1. Tried to change the cassette on my road bike myself to tackle the steep A and B roads. I had all the necessary tools however to no avail the cassette lock didn't bulge. Long and short called David - took the wheel to he's and within minutes the old case was replaced for me. No charge!. Visit 2. Off course I did put the wheels on road bike myself at home and made a mess of it (couldn't change to the low and higher gears, chain jumps and slipping off). Dropped it off in the evening, next morning it was ready. I did a 10mile test ride home (through those b roads) - Sharper brakes, chain replaced, derailuer reset, the bike in general is more responsive and feels alot better. Highly appreciate your help David. And hint about front derailleur has improved my riding experience on this bike. Very knowledgeable and highly experienced . Thank you.

Initially introduced by a family member and found David to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and friendly...I have returned on several occasions with problems which David has quickly fixed to a high standard and at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend David @ Glenmavis Velo
