Jen always makes you feel so comfortable. No matter what is happening in life before you go through her doors it always feels lighter when you leave. From the time she takes to understand whats brought you to her and the care she gives you during and after any session, Jen is an incredible person to have in your life.

I had the most soothing and relaxing massage from Jen yesterday. It was a total treat to the senses and quite unique, incorporating sound and the use of sage cleansing and the most delightful blend of essential oils. Bliss! This was all very much tailored to my needs given how I was feeling and Jen worked intuitively, reading my body for areas of tension and soothing it away. I'm so glad I decided to treat myself...did I mention I had the best sleep?? Go see Jen...let her work her magic!!

I went to see Jen for a 90 minute session which included an initial assessment, lymph drainage guidance and a lovely relaxing massage. Jen tailored the session to specifically address my needs and mobility issues - I felt relaxed and comfortable in her warm and open company. As well as a wonderfully relaxing massage, I came away with some mobility exercises to try which will be great to incorporate into my daily routine. Ill definitely be back to try some of Jens other offers soon. Thanks Jen!
