        Anthea is a brilliant yoga teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable, and her classes suit all levels of student. Anthea is excellent at all the breathing techniques and how yoga can heal; as well as all the postures and sequences. She is friendly and her classes are fun too. All the teachers at Yoga Healing are outstanding and so beneficial for your well being in mind and body.

        It has been both delightful and a relief to have engaged with accessible yoga classes, guided by highly experienced teachers who are not only knowledgeable and skilled in all forms of yoga practice but who are so welcoming, flexible in their approach and calm, compassionate and good-humoured in their manner. The studio is professionally run with prompt, friendly and helpful replies to any queries and is particularly inclusive of all ability levels and socio-economic circumstances. This ethical approach is both impressive and reassuring.

        Yoga Healing Glasgow introduced me to the fundamentals of yoga as part of a wider programme of exercise I had been undertaking. Anthea Simpson is an excellent and considerate teacher, respectful of differing levels of ability and learning preferences, tailoring practices to fit the requirements of the student. As a pre-beginner, I have felt completely supported under Anthea's one to one tuition, in an ideal practice space, which further motivated me to join Yoga Healing Glasgow's in person group classes.

        Anthea and her fantastic team , Claire, Anna and Chris continue to provide the highest quality yoga experience on line even though the pandemic is effectively over. I much prefer to practise in the comfort of my own home and I am so grateful to Yoga Healing for continuing with the on line classes The best yoga experience ever. Top class teachers, lots of classes to suit everyone and such a friendly group. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Why travel to the studio when you can get excellent classes in your own home ? Love it !!!
