        I started coming to Damn Hot Yoga and Pilates 2 months ago and I could see the benefits after the first sessions. It sets me up with a positive mindset for the rest of the day, its so so good for me! It helped me by improving my lower back pain (close to 0 now), sleep quality, anxiety, my mood swings, and always looking forward for a new class. Yes, the Pilates is still very hard for me as I dont have any muscle strength what so ever, so I am struggling at the moment but I am building it up class by class. The teachers are so inspiring and funny and friendly, they are really a lovely team. I encourage anybody who thinks about joining to give it a try! Thank you to all the team for all your amazing effort and dedication!

        Been going to this studio for well over the year now. I've progressed so much physically and mentally with the help of amazing teachers! Can't recommend Damn Hot enough! Always welcoming & friendly. Never left the studio without the smile on my face.
