        Very bad customer service and the systems and procedures are historic . Service levels are really poor. No one replies to emails and when they do extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

        This was once a very reliable reputable wines and spirits supplier but since we reopened 2 weeks past they have been using a courier service for delivery and its a complete disaster 1 weeks it arrived 3 days later than advised next week failed to deliver this week we place our order in Monday advised delivery Wednesday delivery failed to arrive, was advised be out 1st thing Thursday called 12 noon still no delivery, asked for an update advised its out and on its way, 15,30 just called again as its still not here. And they have no idea where it is or when it will arrive..... seriously sort this out before you loose your customers !
