I always order from Michelle & Wee Tait, she has honestly got the most amazing ideas. I have never been let down by this amazingly talented lady. Thank you for all your hard work, over the years for various parties and bigger events also. You certainly know how to throw a party. Everything from cakes to weddings etc. its greatly appreciated

Had my sons 5th birthday at the Wee Tait unit last weekend and the review from the birthday boy was best birthday party ever!. Michelle was brilliant from start to finish, even with my ever changing details. Will defo look to here next time Im organising anything. *disclaimer* despite the surname I am in no way related or have any affiliation with the company.

They were supposed to decorate our wedding and he suddenly canceled and told us we have another customer please if you have an important event dont trust them

If only it was possible to leave a minus star review, avoid this company at all costs some bullet points of my experience. 1.customer service is very very poor, you wait days for a response and that's if you get one, also very evasive when you do get an answer but thats after you have parted with your cash. 2.what is stated on the advertised packages isn't always what you get and when you question for example where's the dj for our party you are told that wasn't included in the package you have chosen 1st lie of the day they did however get a dj for us 2nd lie was that a no1 light stand has been thrown in well no thats also included in the package that was paid for. 3.our party was to be the 1st party in the new advertised premises and we arrive to find party props for other events in plain site and a hazard for young children that are attending this venue and all that was stopping them from entering this hazardous area was a curtain. Also fridges and other equipment randomly sitting around the site. The hall was absolutely frozen and let me mention that not once was there any mention of how many people were in the building and with all the restrictions around covid now I'm shocked that not once did the owner of this company ever speak about numbers of bodies attending. 4.10 kids are included in the package that we took and in messages the owner stated that 15 were catered for when we in fact added and paid for an additional 10 kids so all in 20 kids should have been catered for. 5.Chair covers and bows were to be include in the package we didn't get that either. 6.Dj was to play party games not 1 was played. when all the issues were raised with the owner we were given lie after lie and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced, she did however offer a 50 voucher towards any of her services in the future well nothing would ever make me use this company ever again I would advise anyone that even thinks about employing this company to run a mile and to add even more on the terrible customer service the owner Michelle has sent me messages saying she's will seek legal advise over my opinion of her services when everything thats been wrote here or on social media is truth and since going public myself my stepdaughter and her mother have had so many people contact us with their own horror stories.
