Very very very horrible vets. Ryan is very unprofessional. My cat has weak hind legs and a strange walking posture. Ryan even judged it as a surgical cause! He only given us some painkillers. I asked many times if further examinations were needed, Ryan said no, just take one to two weeks to rest. But , when I got home, my cats condition deteriorated. He stopped eating and was lying on the ground with shortness of breath. I called the emergency department and was admitted to the small animal hospital. The next day, it was found that my cat had a heart disease also have blood clots so his hind legs are weak! Their unprofessional judgment made my cat very ill!!!!!!!!! He may dead because of the wrong judgement!!!!!!!

I have just stopped my cat's complete care package after having being a loyal customer for over 1.5 years when my cat was a kitten. The service provided now appears to be unclear and inconsistent with a lack of care from the front of house team & a disregard for this from the practice manager when the issues have been highlighted to them. Policies on taking your cat to the vet are not published & appear to not be consistently applied; no guidance is provided in person, online or by email that cats must be caged regardless of whether they are suitably restrained with a harness and leash (even when this clearly causes unnecessary distress to the anima) however, badly behaved & aggressive dogs are welcomed and indeed given treats by staff for jumping up on the counter.
