        I have paid 200 deposit and the refund is -183.63 I just want to know why, I had returned the car on time and in the good condition and the fuel more than what you give me, I am a regular customer every month 2 or 3 times. Rent the car from your company This is the last time I rent a car from your company and I will not recommend it to family and friends Im not happy at all .

        A business contact was coming through Glasgow and needed a car for a few excursions and asked if there was an Enterprise in Glasgow. I confirmed but also mentioned the last time I was in (maybe December) the young guy on the customer desk had unspeakably poor manners. Point is, don't recommend this specific outlet to anyone where it might reflect badly on you. Rates and cars are otherwise totally fair (average).
