Eastend Car and Van Sales

Paid a deposit, which I was assured was fully refundable. I had the vehicle inspected by a third party, it became apparent the vehicle had been repaired to a poor standard. I then looked at another vehicle they had for sale, which also had been repaired poorly. I was then forced to request my deposit back which was assured to me Id receive it.. after numerous weeks, calls and messages Im now forced into legal action. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS PLACE THEY SELL CARS THAT WILL FALL APART THE NEXT DAY DRIVING OUT OUR CAR HAS BEEN RETURNED TO GARAGE AND HAVE ASKED FOR FULL REFUND AFTER 3 FAULTS WE HAVE PROOF OF NOW HAVING TO GO DOWN LEGAL ROUTE AS THEY FAULSY SAY THEY HAVE LEGAL RIGHT TO REPAIR CAR REPORTED TO TRAIDING STANDERDS

Put a deposit on a Hyundai coupe went onto mot checker and found the car had subframe issues it had an mot but on the advisory it had been under sealed and said check and repair as necessary and so I cancelled the sale getting my deposit back was a nightmare in the end I had to go through my card company I recommend going on mot checker before buying
