        I'm positive I won't go anywhere else for my car being looked after. Michael, David and the team are incredible ! They are so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The servicing team are great and their communication is excellent. Thoroughly recommend and super well done on the consistency of the Shields Road team.

        Dealt with Brian who was helpful, friendly and professional. Left me to look round the car in my own time and then arranged for a test drive. The bad part was the car. The car was ideal for me up until the test drive. Horrible vibration when on the motor way. Then when braking the whole car was shuddering. Pity as the car was pristine in side and out. Brian did phone me back to say that the technician had discovered it was warped brake discs.
