Absolutely excellent travel clinic and I wouldnt go anywhere else in future. The location is very well situated, on Hope Street in the city center with good travel links. The clinic is easily accessible, situated on the second floor via a lift or stairs The whole team were warm and welcoming but more importantly, I felt my well being for my upcoming travels was their priority. The nurse carefully and in detail explained all the various vaccines available to me and was very thorough. I didnt feel rushed in the slightest. They were able to give me expert advice which helped me clearly understand my travel vaccination options. Exceptional customer care. Thank you!

My train was delayed so my appointment was cancelled directly by phone. It wasted my ticket and also my time. They will give you the vaccine according to the nhs website, but the service is not agrreeable.

Unfriendly for kids & terrible administrative management. I booked an appointment for my kids however, when we arrived the nurse was really unfriendly with us due to my kids they were a little scared about the vaccination procedure as all i of the kids on this age. (2&5 years old). On my next visit we attended the appointment moreover, she was really unfriendly with us and she denied to offer the vaccine to my daughter because she was a little upset and scared.Furthermore, i was wondering who of the kids they are going happy and confortable for their vaccination. Unfriendly Nurse I had the worst experience with a Medical Advisor due to her unfriendly behavior.Further from our first appointment, she emailed me, if i want to arrange her an appointment for us i must be attend just with one of my kids per time because she is not feeling confident to offer a vaccine, if both of my kids attending. Terrible Administrative Management Finally, when we tried to book an appointment they contacted to us 4th times until the final booking, they said to us that their secretary has been on her annual leave holiday so they have been some gaps on their timetable management. In addition, during of my payment procedure they took of my credit card over 85, Finally they passed late apologises on that. Myself and my kids we had/have the worst experience ever in there, such a terrible management.
