Website not user friendly in U K could not make changes and was charged 3 times overcharged. Could not reach anyone by phone email etc. 24 hrs later I was told tickets were none refundable.

Delay of over 2 hours. Toilets filthy and made coach smell disgusting. No soap or even water to wash hands in toilet! Vile
