Functional station. Access via stairs from Bridge though disabled access is possible to both platforms via ramps. There is no ticket office but there is a ticket machine on South side only where you can purchase tickets on the day or in advance. Usually there are two trains per hour to Glasgow Queen Street low level. Journey takes just over 5 minutes and an off-peak return costs 1.80.

Good train service most of the time, but its a pretty generic ScotRail station with no particular positives or negatives.

As a wheelchair user Duke street is the nearest accessible station to my destination and ramped access means no chance of lifts breaking down.
