Glasgow Central Mosque

this mosque should just stick to prayer and not the learning because i have spent eight whole years coming to this mosque and i believe that this is just a waste of time. everyday when i come here i feel like i am wasting my freedom because i am coming to just sit in the ugly floor. the teachers here really can not teach. not only the teachers but the head teacher is so moany so please sack him nobody in this mosque likes him even my dad complains to me telling me what in this world he is doing. just please make this a better environment for young children growing up in the religion and i do hate to be the person to write this and hopefully getting at least someone to see this and stick up for me for this community to see this. and if you are, i know you will learn for these mistakes.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. These guys need some manners. Where's islam when it comes to manners guys? Or maybe it's because they do not care about the community, only status and worldly gains. They ignore emails, messages and block Instagram accounts to those who voice their opinion on their bad skills of communication. I queried multiple things, as have family members and friends. Each time, met with disgustingly rude responses. Anyone considering entering islam or newly reverted, please go to al farooq or any other mosque to avoid an unprofessional and I'll mannered attitude. No doubt they will try have this blocked and removed. May Allah swt guide us all. So sad how bad these guys attitudes are. Maybe theres one or two good brothers but yet to encounter. Also, absolutely no women part of the team. I'm not a feminist but for real, I think you lot need to consider having a islamically well educated group of women as part of central mosque. You rude guys who work here, just remember, you lot will be answerable to Allah swt for hurting any single human. Being rude is why I know of so many who have turned away from GCM. Take it as constructive criticism and dont let your ego and pride make you think you'll get away with this. Remember what Allah swt says about pride.

Beautiful, spacious, clam, coordinated and collectively served by volunteers. Offering praying space to more than 4000 Muslims. Had the opportunity to attend this Masjid during Ramadan and iftar and was impressed by the organisation of the whole iftar experience and the quality of the food and generous quantity of everything.
