We had booked this as a birthday day for our son. Unfortunately COP26 and massive demonstrations/road closures prevented us from attending on our booked date. We were called by the staff and told that the arrangements for road closures might cause restrictions on parking as well and we could change the date of we wanted. We opted for this and the staff were great in finding us a new date. When we got to go on the new date the staff are amazing. Any questions are answered and full safety instructions given and everyone made to feel at ease. There are a variety of safety masks to use and you get to choose which is the best for comfort for yourself. You are shown around the rooms that you will be playing in and given a run down on what to do. Again the staff are great. They fully check the guns between runs and reload them for you quickly so no time is wasted. You get around 30 minutes per room which means multiple runs for each person and the urge to beat your best time is massive. You really get lost in the moment and the time flies by. It is different from the normal activities available but one that is well worth it and something that kids will go back to try and beat their best times. Overall this is a unique experience using professional Airsoft guns to give a good realistic feel to help people get immersed in the experience. Well worth the money to play.
